Due to its complex and vivid history, Berlin offers a variety of interesting locations for company events, conferences, and parties. If you are currently scouting, then this list is a great start
1. Ember
Ember is a well designed venue in the heart of Kreuzberg that has a high level of care and quality put into it. The venue is on the top floor, featuring tall glass windows and outdoor seating, offering a view of the courtyard and the surrounding neighborhood. It offers an open and breezy flow during the longer days of the year, while feeling cozy and warm during the shorter, colder ones.
The main emphasis is on the view and the long table setup in the center of the room and - naturally - on the food, which is prepared in-house with a fire concept by trained chefs and paired perfectly with wine. The only draw-back here is the limited space at 50 maximum, but if your budget and pax match, it is definitely worth it.

2. Old Smithy's Dizzle
Old Smithy's Dizzle automatically has an edge over the competition as it falls into the "I never would have thought this was here!" category. This multi-space venue and garden is tucked away in a courtyard, almost touching Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain.
Quiet, well-designed, flexible, and somewhat cozy, the layout allows for a lot of creativity when it comes to a smaller-sized company event. Depending on the budget, if you are willing to rent most or all of the space, then the creativity and fun would start rolling! If you are open to this option in the Summer. - including the garden - then you can design for 250 comfortably. Otherwise, it's best to inquire

3. Musikbrauerei
If the above is in "I never would have thought this was here!" category, then Musikbrauerei in the "No wayyyy" category. Hidden next to one of Berlin's most expensive neighborhoods, it is truly a hidden gem. The venue space is in a 19th century brewery that from the outside appears essentially derelict. Inside, there’s a modern recording studio, and deeper underground, a 90s Berlin-styled club experience.
The entrance is brick-face, dark, and damp through a basement leading towards a long twisting stairs to two large, high-ceiling halls where beer barrels were once stored. Here modern audio and technical equipment allow for a variety of event styles and due to the subterranean location, no neighbors are bothered. For dinner around 200 - 230 people can be seated, otherwise standing around 300 can fit.

4. Arena Glashaus
Located within the Arena industrial complex, once an old bus depot, the "Glashaus" offers three distinct spaces for events. The entrance is inside the Badeschiff, and the first room is a narrow, two-tiered lounge with large glass windows that provide a stunning view of the Spree River.
Moving through the venue, you’ll find the second room, a long hall with a bar and a stage, perfect for performances or speeches. The third space is a spacious dining or party area, almost as long as the second room, offering plenty of room for guests. The rooms are separated by glass windows, maintaining an open, airy atmosphere and offer a good amount of space for customizing a design of your choice!

Haus 3 has several spaces - including two underground - for parties or better exhibitions and Haus 4 is divided into 5 rooms better suited for events. As a former mint, the venue blends raw, exposed brick walls, concrete floors, and open spaces that capture its historical roots while still being adaptable for modern events.
The rental space in Haus 4 has some high quality tech-gear including a 20m x 4,5m high quality LED wall. With a variety of rooms, including underground areas, it provides versatile options for creative and cultural events. While it offers a more striking and aesthetic industrial style, it retains a minimalist, urban feel, making it a favorite for company to promotional events.

7. Spreeschiffe
Spreeschiffe, Helene
Similar to The Patio, but much different in style is Spreeschiffe, which offers three spaces all on the water and either near, atop, or in a boat. The space provides a beautiful and casual backdrop in the historic center of the city next to the Märkisches Museum, making it a memorable setting and easy to get to.

One of the venue’s most iconic features is the red marble in the foyer, rumored to be sourced from the New Chancellery building. This stunning detail sets the tone as guests enter the space, which is filled with grand rooms and studios. The clean, geometric lines with rich materials throughout the building highlight a well-designed balance between function and beauty and this blend of heritage and elegance makes it stand out in Berlin's event landscape.
